Founder & Owner: Lee Nichols
Founded in 2005 by Lee Nichols, Assured Heating Essex has gained vast experience within the domestic and commercial heating sector. Day to day, Lee runs the office and attends all of the site surveys. With his determination and drive the company has gone from strength to strength, furthermore, is consistently growing. Lee is highly motivated, with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills…he is also the nicest guy you will ever meet!
We have a strong team of fully trained and experienced installation engineers. We strongly believe in good training, therefore we invest in apprentices who accompany our fully trained engineers. We offer a bespoke service to meet the client’s specific heating needs, using only the best heating brand’s and top quality workmanship.
Sam Martin: Service & Installation Engineer
Samuel Martin is our gas engineer who has worked alongside Lee for 5 years. He completed his training with Lee as a youngster, shaping him into a confident engineer who takes pride in his work, executing impeccable performance.
Sam is a very pleasant guy who has excellent communication skills. Sam accomplishes the finest creation at all times.
Rob Neilson: Service and Installation Engineer
Robert Neilson is an installation engineer who has been working alongside Lee and Sam for 4 years.
Rob left school to complete an apprenticeship within the construction industry, it is here that he found his passion for heating. Rob found Lee, completed his training and apprenticeship, which has led him on to be a fantastic engineer with a keen eye for detail. Rob is very articulate together with communicative, he loves to please, he will go far within the industry!
Andy Rea: Service & Installation Engineer
Andy Rea is our installation engineer who has been with Assured Heating for 2 years.
Andy has 18 years experience in the field. He gained a teaching degree and lectured all things heating to inmates at Chelmsford prison for 5 years. Lucky for us he decided to go back on the tools. He has a wealth of experience plus a sharp eye for detail. There are many different layers to this man, he is constantly surprising us with his life experiences. He loves a challenge, chat and a strong cup of tea!
